Are you ready to open your heart and tap into your inner strength? Join us for our upcoming event, Heart Remedy, 3rd of June 5-7pm at Machen & Lachen in Düsseldorf. This two-hour experience will begin with a heart opening vinyasa flow followed by a cacao ceremony.

During the heart opening flow, you will be guided through a sequence of poses designed to release tension and stress held in your body. As you move through the flow, you will be encouraged to focus on your breath and connect with your heart center, inviting in feelings of love, compassion, and gratitude.

After the yoga flow, we will transition into a cacao ceremony. Cacao has been used for centuries by indigenous communities in Central and South America for its healing properties, and in recent years, it has gained popularity as a tool for spiritual and emotional healing.

During the ceremony, Kate will guide us through a meditation and intention-setting process, helping us connect with our inner wisdom and tap into our true potential. Cacao will help to open our hearts and facilitate a deeper sense of connection with ourselves and the ones around us.
